I'm just chillin' today watching lots of movies. I may have been a little down lately. It doesn't matter....... but creating things makes me happy, my dogs do too.... And if I get to see my family this weekend that will too......

I have been meaning to update. But I have been way to tired. I wont get in to any of that right now, but I have started something new! I'm making jewelry. Right now I'm huge into resin :) I've made a LOT of really cool things and people are responding well..... so I think I'm going to sell stuff.... oh wait, I did! Hehe :) I sold my first necklace today, so I thought I'd post some pics. I only have pics of this one sold necklace.... I just knew I wasn't going to be wearing it all day so I wanted to take pics before it was gone. Whew lol. Ok honestly just tell me what you think. Is it cool? I have a ton of ideas and I have already made things and I hope to post pics over my 5 day weekend. YAY.

So, my hospitality package is from the 23rd through the 25th, so when they become available I will need extra hotel nights for the 25th, 26th, and possible the 27th. I added on the Ladies long program and the Gala. So as far as I'm concerned I got everything I could have wanted within reason/my budget :) I'm SO excited!!!! I figure I want to fly in to Seattle early and watch the 1st part of the Olympics and then maybe take the light rail up then back down to Seattle and fly out from there. So I still need to get plane tickets, passport, transport, and whatever else :) YAYAYAYAYAYAY :)

Oh yay I got a new background for LJ and I finally got a mood theme!! Check it out it's awesome :) :) It just took far too long to upload all those moods :(

Change is good.

Last night Eric and Laynie came over and we had a lot of fun! Laynie came over early and we had some drinks, talked, and watched Michael Phelps become the greatest Olympian of all times. Then John and Eric came and John started making Chipotle style food. It was NOM!!! Laynie and I kept taking pictures haha :) We were being goofy, we even went outside to find stuff to take pictures with. Then we went out in search for red bull, but at 12:30am there really isn't anything open! We found one gas station further down and the dude that works there was STRANGE! He threw my change in my purse and told us we were bad witnesses... ya I don't know. All in all it was good times!! :)

And michael phelps! HOLY CRAP!
Won 8 gold medals which is more than anyone in a single Olympics
He had 8 races, obviously all golds, 7 were world records and 1 was an Olympic record.
He has 14 career Olympic gold medals, the most behind him is 9!! If anyone was watching they know how awesome he is.
And I can't wait to see him in the next Olympics in London 2012

And John is going to take a half day to come home early to spend time with me :) I think I really need that. His schedule has been killing me lately :( And then I never see him cause he wants to spend time with his friends, which I get but.... you know. So yay!

I just finished Anatomy last night! :) Squee... I had to get a %100 on the test last night to get an A. Sorry wasn't very optimistic about that. I mean I would love to be but honestly? This teachers tests were a little ridiculous and I didn't do well on them, so why even if I studied till I couldn't see would I let myself believe I could get a 100 on this one? The tests were worth 150 points, 3 pts a question 50 questions and 4 extra credit questions. The first test I got a 99/150 OUCH that test was all sorts of evil though. Not fair on so many levels. 2nd was something like 124/150, ok I was getting it, her stupid trick questions weren't getting to me as bad. 3rd was 132/150 HEYO rocked it! Then last nights? 108/150. We studied very hard, I knew so much (but clearly not enough) yesterday alone we studied for 5 hours straight, and I had been studying all day before that. So to give you an example Heather got a 111 and Dude (Our lab partner who is smart) got a 105. I felt bad for him cause he needed a 135 or something to get an A in the class....

Anyhow I knew to get an A in the class I needed %100 and to get a C I would have had to get less than %30 on the test, LOL I knew either way I would get a solid B. Sooooo that's what I got! :) %86 But I don't think MCC cares if you have an %81 or %89, no? I don't think so. Which really sucks. Because I feel I worked very hard.... but in the end I'm no better than a B- even though I got a B+. A B is a B ya? Oh well. But I didn't really like my teacher. The last quiz had a stupid diagram of the male reproductive system in black and white and I couldn't tell where her arrows were pointing because it was blending in the darker shades of the picture, so when she asked where the prostate glands were I circled them and labeled but you couldn't even see very well that I had circled them so she marked me wrong. I know where they are!!!! I showed it to her and she's like eh don't worry about it O_o

But in the end I'm very happy. Next Semester I have Chemistry 152, Psychology and culture, and Calculus with analytic geometry. Yikes.

I feel very sad today. I want to cry :(
I know once my work friends finally come in I will feel better. But I have 2 hours until then. This weekend sucked, today is going to suck, I'm sure the rest of the week will be horrible too.

What's up people?

Oh man I've been so tired lately. This summer class.... oh man. I have 2 weeks left of Anatomy :) I'm doing pretty good, I have a B so far. I usually get %100 on all her lab quizzes (There is one Mon-Wed O_o) But the exams seem a little unfair to me. I already suck a LOT on tests. I don't know why... I mean it doesn't matter how well I know the material I just bomb. But this teacher has a lot of trick questions, or she will word it WAY WAY WAY different than how she taught it or put it in the study guides, so by the time I'm looking at the question I just don't get it :( So we've had 2 out of the 4 exams so far. My first one was tragic. Especially because it was the first one and I didn't know her questions would be worded so poorly. So I pretty much bombed it... so the 2nd exam she said was the one most people did the worst on.... so I studied my ass off and got a B! I was really proud and happy until I learned most the class did well on it, WTF?!? Well I was above the average on that test so I can still be happy :) But because of that first exam I calculated it out, and it would be near impossible for me to get an A in the class... no she doesn't curve or anything nice like that. I can only afford to miss 16 more points before the highest I can get is a B... (There are 2 more exams at 150pts each, and like 6 more quizzes at 20pts each) That would be very hard for me lol.

A couple of times I have tried to argue questions with my teacher, like on the first exam, she was like ohh.... well maybe I will change that for the next class.... yet I still get the answer wrong! The worst thing for me is knowing what something is or understanding it then getting it wrong on the test because of wording or I didn't understand what the question was asking.

So mostly my schedule has just been work and class. I'm getting about 4 hours of sleep a night on average and it KILLS me. I'm sitting here now at work ready to fall asleep! I'm one of those people who need WAY more sleep. Most people know this about me :) In fact I plan to see the Dr. about it, most people tell me I should anyhow. On Monday's lab we are doing ECG's I think that will be fun. Sometimes my heart feels out of control so maybe it will tell me something haha... I do like Anatomy, Biology is cool, it at least makes sense!

I saw Batman... RECOMMEND!!! It was FREAKIN awesome! And this Sunday morning I'm going to see step brothers YAY, I go before noon now because movie tickets are $5 :) :) You guys don't even want to know how poor I am right now, it's depressing really.

Oh and the FUNNIEST part ever, one of our quiz questions was what is the function of the Medulla Oblongata... and Heather seeing Water boy remembered some part where he was talking to an angry guy and Adam Sandler was like what's wrong with your Medulla Oblongata but it controls anger, hehe so she told the teacher that, and the teacher was like your basing your Anatomy knowledge of an Adam Sandler movie?!? It was hilarious! We were all laughing so hard! She was like YES There was a teacher in the movie who explained it!! Haha I was like an actor playing a teacher!!
(Don't worry though :) She's doing well in the class too)

So Friday night I went to see Walle!! We went to RA with Crista and David and it was raining ash on us the whole time because of that fire. We still had fun though, then Amira met up with us to watch the movie!

I have to say I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEE Pixar's new short about the magician, it was HILARIOUS!!! Soooo good... and Walle..... oh Walle what can I say?!? It was GREAT! I mean Pixar has done it again :) I am so in love with Walle, John and I went out last night and bought Walle toys SQUEE!!! Don't LAUGH!! Mine is AWESOM-E So I STRONGLY recommend you all go out and see Walle NOW.

So then on Sunday John, Crista, David and I went hiking on Squaw peak, it was intense. It was just to hot and I had stepped on a toy that punctured the bottom of my foot so that hurt, and my back is still really bothering me. But it was still fun we took some really cool pictures, Crista??? Can you send me the pics :) :) :) I can't wait to see them!! So after the hike we just killed it all and went to sprinkles, the new cupcake store in Scottsdale. OMGWTFBBQ!!! BEST CUPCAKES EVA!!! I had a peanut butter one, I just can't believe how good it was NOM NOM NOM.

And Kendall comes tomorrow! YAY, I can't wait, we are gonna have fun and I have 5 days off yay.

Ok so I saw an academic advisor last night, and I was shocked to learn I did not pass the CHM152 lecture. Why did I go on to take a year of OCHEM if I did not pass 152?!?! I was so pissed and really I wanted to cry right there in his cubicle. Whatev, I'm not going to worry about it, this just gives me the opportunity to get an A or B. But I got a B in the lab so I don't have to retake the lab YAY!!! :) So next semester I am going to take CHM152, Calculus, and Psychology. And that should get me my associates in science! SWEET!!! Finanlly I'm going to get that! I am also debating on taking human anatomy, they are offering for Summer 2 from July 7th to Aug 7th. It would be crammed and a lot but I could do it. Then in the spring I want to take O chem and either Anatomy if I don't do it now or microbiology. Then the next semester I want to take Ochem2 and statistics, at that point I will be ready to apply to pharmacy school. I will be done then :)

So my schedule is really not to bad. I have CHM Tue Thur 5:45 to 7 then PHY on Tue right after CHM untill like 8:45 or something, but it works, even though Tue will SUCK, 10 hour work day then 2 classes, I have wednesdays off :) and Calc is online, so no traveling for that, YAY.

It is so so hard though to get into pharmacy school. I at least want to finish the prereqs and apply, I think I owe myself that. Heather and I also want to get our bachelors. We were thinking University of Phoenix, or she found Grand Canyon university which you could also do online. That would work while we are waiting for pharmacy school. Because Midwestern has such a long wait to get in.

So I'm excited! I can do this. I need to do this.

Today I did overtime, I went in for 8 extra hours, I'm proud of myself that I actually did it, LOL. I need the moneys though. My computer died. I'm depressed about that. So I'm using an old HP, and we set up the monitor on the coffee table HAHA, ya oh well.

Ok off to watch hells kitchen, TOP 3 YAY.

OH AND KENDALL COMES NEXT WEEK AND I HAVE 5 days off YAYYAYAYAYAY, I really can't wait, I need days off and buddies... this is gonna be great!

So today was probably the best day I've had at work in a long time! The trainer I guess was taking some vacation time or something today and they asked me to handle the class.... they took a test yesterday so I got to go over it with them and teach them things and help them. It was a lot of fun! The day went by sooo fast and my class was awesome... if you guys remember at all the last class that came out were kinda.... uh....... slow.... lol I would be like so you guys get this? And THEY DID! I didn't spend 2 hours on one page and they knew math and they were loud..... they gave answers challenged everything....it was great.

I would so be a trainer. I think I would get a raise but I think it's 75% travel.

I wanted to go see the happening today... but I just don't know anyone who wants to see it. Boo..... I think I need more friends. :( So instead I will just hang out at home alone all night. I guess John has plans after work. Like I said, I wish I had friends around here. :( Well one of the girls in my training class lives across the street apparently! And they are paving the streets, which BTW don't need to be paved at this time. So the mail didn't come, at least not yet, so I didn't get my blockbuster movies, and now I'm really bored.


I just need some motivation.
